I had a blood transfusion in July 2009 and my haemoglobin count is now at 12 and my ferritin levels have been rising. As I was afraid to wash my hair properly due to the hair loss problem, I experienced a scalp problem. I have seen a dermatologist who diagnosed it as a fungal infection and seborrhiec demertitis and I have been on cocois co and nizoral shampoo.
