I was recently offered the opportunity to be featured in a book by local author Pearlin Siow with partner Cayden Chang. Together, they are compiling the experiences of 100 of Singapore's entrepreneurs, so as to give people ideas on how they too, can become rich.
I was particularly impressed that the two authors were planning to donate all their profits from the first run (1000 copies) to the Straits Times Pocket Money Fund. I know that writing to published standards is not an easy task, so totally respect them for this noble effort.
Needless to say, I was happy to oblige, so both Pearlin & Cayden came to Simply Aesthetic last week to interview me. The writing is in progress now, just held up by my not being able to think of a quotable quote at this point in time! It's been a hard week on my poor brain!
The book is due to be released on National Day, so 9th August 2010. I can't wait to see it! And I wish both authors the best of luck. I hope that like Pearlin's previous books, this one will be re-printed a few times!
